LIVING WITH EPILEPSY

LIVING WITH EPILEPSY:

AND EMBRACING DIFFERENCE

Seizures have touched my live since brain trauma in 2014 but my diagnosis of epilepsy wasn't officially made until 2024. I've been medicated for the condition all those years. Journaling my experiences as I've lived with the consequences of both brain trauma and my seizures and, as you might know from reading the two SOUL BOOKS I've already published, or from browsing the site, I speak openly about those experiences. This new book is specifically designed to help others who live with seizures embrace the differences they make to their life and to the lives of those around them. I've found epilepsy to be a long, drawn out process to reach a diagnosis but also a lonely place to be as far as recognition and understanding is concerned in how far I need to go to look after myself to remain healthy. I'm far from alone in how complex this disease of the brain can be and, still, to this day, nobody can establish the part of my brain from which my seizures originate and so those tests continue.

Right now my book is titled LIVING WITH EPILEPSY: AND EMBRACING DIFFERENCE. This might change! My titles often do. This book will be developed and edited before release.
