An avid supporter of British Independent Film, I thought it about time I got behind some projects both behind the scenes and in front of the camera, as well as actively involved in promoting online. Both David Last and I have been busy on that front and this is the space I'm dedicating in sharing what we both do in that genre.
WRITE TO KILL
Currently, I'm busy advertising a project for David P Perlmutter and his film for the book to movie of Write To Kill, for which I am Assistant Producer and 'my' Dave has a cast role. You are able to support this venture and can find out more information by clicking on David Perlmutter's (DPP) Indiegogo page
A NEW BREED OF CRIMINAL
Dave and I have known the writer of A NEW BREED OF CRIMINAL, Steve Wraith, for a few years now. We both pop up to Newcastle for varying reasons and, to be frank, don't need much of an excuse. Inspired by Stephen Sayers' rise from the backstreets of Newcastle's West End to the top of the criminal ladder and the authorities subsequent attempt to bring him crashing back down again, A NEW BREED OF CRIMINAL has been doing rather well in the film charts.
Dave had the opportunity to have two parts in this film and, of course, took both. One of those was a small speaking part. This film was wrapped on 28th July 2024. We are looking forward to the premier.

IMMORTIUM
Dave is pictured here with Terry Stone at the premier of Rise of the Footsoldiers: Marbella. Dave was in the boxing crowd scene and also the club scene.
Dave on set during the filming of Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengance, where he played a police officer. You can see him near the end of the film. Not wanting to give the plot away, but Jamie Foreman might have something to do with it!
